Alpine Trail Road is the gateway to prestigious Alpine Heights. As a privately owned and maintained community road, we are dedicated to strategizing and funding necessary road maintenance and improvements to ensure safe and reliable access for all residents.
Alpine Strong
As a resident of our beautiful community, we are all responsible to fund repairs and maintenance of our roads. Several projects are underway and need your immediate attention.
Alpine Trail and North Alpine Trail Roads, along with their tributaries, are scheduled to be repaired in 2024/2025 at an estimated cost of $140,000. This will include major and minor grading, asphalt, and sealing.
Community Funded
Cost sharing is key in this effort and required per property title.
Residents along Alpine Trail Road, North Alpine Trail Road and all tributary roads share in the cost of Alpine Trail Road; while residents of North Alpine Trail Road and its tributaries are responsible for North Alpine Trail Road and tributaries.
Residents of Alpine Trail Road are not responsible for repairs and maintenance north of the Cul de Sac on Alpine Trail Road.
